Lately, figures and statements in the media about the US economy and the prospects of the business climate across the Atlantic have been mixed, yet increasingly positive. - So, is the light that we spot at the end of the tunnel actually positive predictions for the future or is it in fact, as put by a Danish newspaper, from “an oncoming train”?
Perspectives, Views and debate: We have invited two experts to give their views and discuss likely scenarios relevant to Danish Companies with US activities:
Carsten Valgreen, Partner, Benderly Economics, LLC. evaluates the state of the US Economy and approaches some of the current topics of concern:
- Myths and mind-set of the slowdown: the US business climate
- Crisis and beyond: development of the US economy
- Growing your business during the dollar decline
Bjarke Møller, Executive Editor in Chief, Monday Morning Weekly provides a global perspective on the development and future of the recession:
- How political and economic decision makers need to navigate in the new normality
- What is the reality of the new global economy?
- Why mainstream media did not see the global crisis, and why they did not understand the long tail of new risks appearing in the next few years
