We welcome US Attorney Charles S. Barquist, and US Attorney Kate Murashige from Morrison Foerster. Chuck Barquist has represented several foreign and domestic companies in patent litigation in US courts and before the International Trade Commission, and Kate Murashige has more than 30 years experience with US patent law, including invalidity and infringement analyses.

We will also hear from several experts from Zacco at the seminar, including Jesper Mark Wenzel, Pierre Kary and Mogens Yde Knudsen.
