Enhanced Focus on Transfer Pricing
The seminar presented in collaboration with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), SKAT (Danish Tax Authority), the Organization for International Investment (OFII), and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The IRS’ increased scrutiny of controlled transactions and TP related issues, along with the enforcement of more aggressive US rules, regulations and policies, makes it imperative for companies to proactively manage their transfer pricing arrangements by ensuring they satisfy the disclosure and documentation requirements for their international controlled transactions.
Transatlantic Panel Debate and One-to-One meetings
The panel debate will be connected via video-conference to the Consulate General in New York, the Embassy in Washington, the Consulate General in Chicago, and the Trade Commission in Atlanta. At these Danish representations, Danish subsidiaries and other interested parties will be able to participate actively in the debate with questions and comments. Additionally, the seminar offers a rare opportunity for one-to-one meetings with the American and Danish experts.
