US and China Economic UpdateWith president Obama’s office secured for four more years and China’s new leadership in place for the next ten, the leaders of the worlds’ economic super powers are positioned to roll up their sleeves and implement policies needed to spur future growth and sustainable development.

At this event, participants were presented with the latest economic updates about the US in China by Carsten Valgreen, Applied Global Macro Research and Thomas Haugaard, Handelsbanken. Also, Matthew Jon Spaniol, Trends & Scenario Group and Graham Slack, A.P. Moller Maersk, provided  both practical and theoretical  insight into how  a company can use forecasting and scenario planning as tools for efficient identification and management of risks and opportunities.
